Granton Finance
Become an introducer

Send us the case you can't place — and look good for having known us.

IFAs, brokers with an off-panel deal, consultants, agents and advisers: introduce commercial finance cases to a chartered accountant who pre-underwrites them properly, treats your client honestly, and discloses everything in writing.

Who introduces to us

  • IFAs and wealth managers whose business-owner clients need company funding that sits outside a personal-finance remit — buyouts, acquisitions, succession, commercial property.
  • Residential and specialist brokers holding a commercial case that is off their panel or outside their appetite — introduced rather than declined.
  • Consultants, corporate finance boutiques and business coaches whose clients reach the funding stage of a plan.
  • Commercial agents and other professionals whose transactions need finance to complete.

What makes an introduction to Granton safe

Your name travels with the referral, so what happens to the client reflects on you. Three protections are built in. First, the case is assessed by an ACMA CGMA chartered management accountant — pre-underwritten the way the credit committee will read it — so the client experiences competence, not a sales process. Second, if the client shouldn't borrow, we tell them so, plainly; your introduction is never converted into a commission at their expense. Third, everything is disclosed: our lender commission is confirmed to the client in writing before they commit, and any introducer arrangement with you is agreed and recorded in writing from the outset.

The cases to send

Limited-company clients needing: management buyouts and co-director buyouts; business acquisitions; succession funding from a retiring owner; asset and equipment finance; invoice finance; commercial mortgages; bridging on commercial transactions; and business loans where borrowing is genuinely the right call. If you are unsure whether a case fits, send it anyway — a same-working-day "yes, fundable" or "no, and here's why" costs you nothing and often helps the client either way.

How it works

Email an outline of the case. We reply the same working day with an honest view. If it proceeds, we keep you informed at the level you prefer — some introducers want copying on everything, some want a call at completion. Introducer terms are agreed once, in writing, and apply to everything you send; there is no portal, no volume target, and no tie-in.

Start the conversation

Send the first case, or just ask about terms

Either works. Outline the case in two paragraphs, or ask for our introducer terms and we'll send them in writing.
